... taking a choice There are many different ways to deal with indisposition, displeasure or felt resistance – especially under stress. Thus some people tend to attack in case of a conflict. This may limit the felt pressure on short-term, as for the moment it is passed onto someone else – so to speak. On a continuing basis possibly this will even increase the conflict potential and provokes extra pressure or stress on top. In other cases people suffer pressed for time and try to push oneself even more. But this again easily lessens the personal capability and may worsen the problem on long term. Feeling sad, displeased, frustrated or even unloved due to a dis-illusion gives as well a wide field for behaviours where people (re)acting out of their balance. In the long run an unspoken „No“ or „Yes“) – according to the situation, e.g. to meet expectations (own or those of others) - may weigh the inner peace of people down. Often all these are learned behaviours – there were important in the past (e.g. in contact with others or even to survive) and – as everything that has been learned - is simply reproduced today, without newly weighing the behaviour right now. At the same time basically every human has this choice - either: 1. to adapt the situation according to its own competence and needs - or 2. to (honestly!) accept the situation momentarily (if currently there seems to be no way out) - or 3. if choice 1 or 2 aren’t possible – to separate from this situation! ... or with other words, only your thinking and action can create the life you wish down deep inside. Be the change you want to see in the world.
